I for one before reading this post wouldn’t have any idea how to react if someone I knew was self harming and they confided in me. Responding to Self-Harm
I recently wrote a Blog post about responding to Suicide, I’ll link that one here for you. I had always planned to continue on from that post with this one but as the comments I received for the Responding to Suicide post stated how helpful it was I thought I would share this one sooner rather than later. Very similar principles will be discussed within this post but there will be a few differences.
